- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service,San Marcos National Fish Hatchery, has a requirement for roofing replacement/repairs as described in the Solicitation posted at the website listed below. The Government intends to issue a contract to the responsible offeror whose total offer represents the best value for the Government, price and other factors considered. The applicable NAICS Code is 238160, size standard $13 million. This effort is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, firm-fixed price contract. Award will be made to the responsible offeror who submits the best overall proposal with appropriate consideration given to (3) major factors; Technical Capability, Acceptable Past Performance and Lowest Price. Award will be subject to the Availability of Funds. Solicitation/RFP 201818R018, will be issued on the National Business Center, Interior Department Electronic Acquisition System - Electronic Commerce (IDEAS-EC) web-site at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about July 9, 2008, with proposals dueJuly 25, 2008.
