- The VA VISN 22 Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach California intends to enter into a sole source contract with O.R. Solutions, Inc. 3901 Centerview Drive, Suite L, Chantilly, VA 20151. This BOS announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued; a separate written solicitation will NOT be issued. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Request for Quotation is VA-262-08-RQ-0347ES. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333414. The VA Long Beach Healthcare System located at 5901 E. 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90822 intends to procure one (1) each ORS-1075HS Hush-Slush System Power: 120 VAC; 12A; 60Hz Refrigeration: 750 btu/hr Temperature Range: 30 F to 32 F Cooling: Air Dimensions: Height 36", Width 18", Depth 18" Electrostatic Filter: Yes, Slush Basin, Auto-Stir Switch, Warming Basin from O.R. Solutions, Inc. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will consider all proposals received by 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Friday, August 1, 2008. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries shall be accepted.
