- Sources Sought Notice W9127S-08-B-0021: This is a sources sought notice to determine interest by Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business Concerns, Certified 8(a) Business Concerns and Certified Hub-Zone Business Concerns in an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) general purpose facility maintenance support contract for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Greers Ferry Project Office located near Heber Springs, AR. A determination of the set-aside category for this requirement will be made after responses are received. Services provided will be both emergency services requiring a 2 hour response time including weekends and holidays and routine scheduled services requiring a 24 hour response time falling under the following North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 (Recreational Facility Maintenance and Repair Services). The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $31,000,000. Required services will generally fall under but not be limited to the following NAICS Codes: 236220 (Recreational Building Handyman Maintenance and Repair), 237310 (Road Pot Hole Repair and Pavement Marking), 237990 (Recreational Area Repairs including Replacement or Installing Water, Sewer and Electrical Lines), 238210 (Electrical Repair), 238220 (Plumbing Repair), 238990 (Other Specialty Trade Contractors), and 561990 (Other support Services). A partial listing of required services include Carpentry to include landscape timbers, posts, door and screen replacement, and other carpentry repairs: Electrical repairs to include fixture replacement, camper outlet replacement, and other general electrical repairs; Campsite repairs and maintenance to include replacing lantern hangers, fire rings/grills, concrete table repair or replacement, parking stop replacement, replacement of park signs; Plumbing to include replacing water hydrants, underground pipes, and other general plumbing repairs; Building material delivery and placement including fill, screening material, stone, gravel, beach sand, and top soil. The solicitation will include both the Davis Bacon Act and Service Contract Act Wage Determinations. The proposed contract is for a base period and 2 optional annual periods.
