- Description
- Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to complete the follwoing work: A new water disinfection system, install a climate controlled room at the James Kipp Recreational Area. Depending on the availability of funding replace curb stops, wastes, and frost free hydrants. Bid Schedule is as follows: 1) Curb stop and Curb Box - 2 each; 2) Chlorination System - 1 lump sum; 3) Building Improvement - 1 ls; 4) Electrical improvements - 1 ls; 5) Curb Stop and Curb Box - 6 Each (option); 6) Yard Hydrants - 6 each (option). Work under this contract is located in Fergus County, Montana. The contractor will have sixty (60) calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued to complete the project. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $50,000. A 100 percent payment protection will be required for contracts greater than $30,000. Payment Protection must be submitted within Ten (10) days of Notice of Award and can be submitted by an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central contractor Registration (CCR) information on CCR registration can be obtained via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible of award. Contractors must also be registered in the Online Representation and Certification (ORCA) online at http://orca.bpn.gov. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted at http:/ideasec.nbc.gov ON OR ABOUT July 24, 2008. If you encounter problems retrieving the solicitation, send an e-mail to tcarrill@blm.gov. NO HARD COPIES of the solicitation will be sent out by this office. This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code 237110. Small business size standard is $31.0 million. THE SOLICIATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT JULY 24, 2008. No hard copies of the solicitation will be sent out by this office and will be available at "http://ideasec.nbc.gov". Response date for quotes will be on /about August 21, 2008. The exact closing date will be posted in Section L of the RFQ. Information regarding a Site Tour will be posted in the solicitation.
