- Description
- Repair Roof, Bldg 307, Offutt AFB, NE. The scope of this project consists of removal of existing single-ply roof membrane and insulation down to the metal roof deck, and replacing it with new insulation and a fully-adhered single-ply roof membrane. The approximate size of the roof is 57,300 square feet. The estimated period of performance is 241 calendar days including the winter exclusion period. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the closing date. All solicitation documents and amendments will be available in electronic format. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, lack of registration in the CCR will make a bidder ineligible for award. Project Number SGBP 06-0043, Drawings OFF-B-6053 Project Magnitude is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. NAICS Code 238160, SBA Size Standard $13.0 M. THIS PROCUREMENT HAS BEEN SET ASIDE COMPETITIVE HUBZONE. The estimated release date of the solicitation is 29 Jul 08. A site visit will be conducted approximately two (2) weeks after the solicitation issue date. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO MONITOR THIS SITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
