- The work of this contract consists of the installation of a 5-zone, 10 ton ductless split (heat pump) system, and fresh air ventilation systems in the Bailly Ranger Station at Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, Porter, Indiana. Work shall include but may not necessarily be limited to: sizing, lay-out and installation of exterior and interior heat pump units, installation and charging of R410A refrigerant lines, sizing and installation of dual-zone fresh air ventilation systems, electrical wiring of all system components, testing of all equipment, and demolition and removal of outdoor condensing units. The Bailly Ranger Station is of typical cinder block construction. Additional work may include replacement of the existing boiler system, demolition and removal of obsolete and abandoned equipment, ductwork, and wiring, and replacement of damaged ceiling tiles.
