- This announcement is being posted to publish the following upcoming project. Additional information will be forthcoming in the solicitation, which will be posted on/about July 23, 2008. The project involves furnishing labor, equipment, supplies and materials to remove and replace forty five (45) windows for the BLM Missoula Field Office, Missoula,MT. Quotes will be submitted as one job. This procurement is a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. However, all Small Business concerns are encouraged to respond. If a fair and reasonable quote is NOT received by a responsible and responsive Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concern, all quotes received from Small Business concerns will be considered without further notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238350. The Small business size standard is $13.0 million. Work under this contract is located in Missoula, Montana. The contractor will have thirty (30) calander days after Notice to Proceed is issued to complete the project. The work will start on/about October 8, 2008. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. A 100 percent payment protection will be required for contracts greater than $30,000. Payment Protection will be in the form of one of the following: 1) Irrevocable Letter of Credit; 2) Certificate of Deposit, or 3) Payment Bond. Submission of the payment protection is required within 10 days of notification of award. Prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Vendor must register their Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA) online at http://orca.bpn.gov. The solicitation will be posted on or about July 23, 2008. No hard copies of the solicitation will be sent out by this office and will be available at "http://ideasec.nbc.gov". Response date for quotes will be on/about August 21, 2008. The exact closing date will be posted in the RFQ. Information on the Site Tour will be posted in the solicitation.
