- Description
- The project involves construction of a two-story, 9350 sf per floor, testing and research facility. The work consists of site utilities; earthwork; concrete foundations and slab on grade; structural steel superstructure; elevated concrete slab on metal deck; metal roof deck with adhered EPDM roofing on tapered board insulation; foamed metal panel exterior; metal stud/gypsum board partitions; interior finishes, elevator; restrooms; plumbing; HVAC system; duct and pipe instulation; fire extinguishing, detecting, and alarm system; electrical power and communications wiring; lighting; and incidental work. A WV contractors license is required to work on this facility. Construction documents will be available on or after 07/31/08. Bids are TENTATIVELY due on 09/04/08. Bid package fee is $50 for 11x17 drawings OR $100 for both 11x17 and full size drawings. Bid package fee should be made payable to ATK and mailed to Lisa at Rocket Center, WV. Please notify Lisa of your interest via e-mail. Additional information will be provided within contract information if bid package is purchased.
