- OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES BASE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM (BTS) This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for O&M services of the BTS for Robins AFB. The level of security clearance for technicians requiring administrative privileges to computer systems is SECRET. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. Interested contractors must complete the attached capability survey IAW the instructions therein and submit their response not later than 11 August 2008, 4:00 EST. The work shall be performed at Robins AFB, Georgia. Work shall apply to recurring support services as well. The BTS consists of the base switching system, the fiber optic and copper distribution systems on premise, Customer Premise wiring to include Voice, Data and Video, PA systems installed under this contract and current PA systems in the base telephone inventory, all conference bridge equipment, Modular Messaging and CALLWARE Voicemail Systems and all associated equipment currently described in Appendix 5.2 of the PWS and any equipment added during the term of the contract. Contractor furnished services are to be provided in accordance with ((IAW) the Government stated needs. The service level provides for and requires the Contractor to furnish commercial grade operation, administration and maintenance support services that recur on a monthly basis.
