- The US Forest Service, Sumter National Forest in South carolina has a requirement for reapir of a water system at Parsons Mountain Recreation Area on the Long Cane Ranger District. The Project Site is located approximately 60 miles south west of Columbia, South carolina in Abbeville County. Work under this requirement includes removal of existong system to include; hydrants, pressure tanks, drinking fountains, settling system and water lines and replace with new items. Performance period is 90 days. Magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will be available on this site on or about 23 July 2008.
