- The synopsis for the ACU Sun Hat previously stated that Socioeconomic Support was an evaluation factor. Please note it will no longer be included as an evaluation factor and is hereby deleted. The evaluation factors are listed below: 1.) Product Demonstration Model (PDM) 2.) Past Performance/Experience 3.) Surge and Sustainment The specification, the pattern, and pattern date for the ACU SUN hat were in the original synopsis as: Item: Hat, Sun, TYPE IV, Universal Camouflage Pattern (ACU) 8415-01-519-8678’s Specification: MIL-DTL-105C dated: 12/7/2008 Pattern Date: April 25, 1995 and are incorrect. They are hereby replaced with: Hat, Sun, Type IV, Universal Camouflage Pattern, (ACU) 8415-01-519-8678’s shall be made in accordance with Specification: MIL-DTL-44105C dated 7 February 2008 Pattern date: 2 April 2008 Request pattern style: MIL-DTL-44105C NOTE: The above pattern information reflects a change in date and nomenclature, but NOT a functional change in the pattern previously called MIL_H_44105 and dated 25 April 1995
