Description

This is a notice of intent to issue an order to Vizuall, Inc (SheduALL Software), 2719 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, FL 33020, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is to provide proprietary software maintenance, configuration and training for implementation of ScheduALL Software, in support of The Pentagon Channel’s business and operational objectives located at Alexandria, VA. Rationale for sole source: proprietary data; must interface with existing equipment. This announcement constitutes the only notice, a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by the closing date specified in the Request for Quote (RFQ). A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
