Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations for the following: Item 1. lease of Three hundred (300) employee parking spaces. Item 2. Three hundred (300) Access cards, to validate access to the parking facility. Lease services shall include all requirements as listed in the attached Statement of Need (SON). Services shall be provided to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing's (BEP's) Washington, DC facility. The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price order with a base period of one year and includes four, one-year option periods. All responsible Offerors should submit their quotations no later than 12 Noon, 08/05/2008. Award is anticipated to be made 10-01-2008 or as soon thereafter as funds become available for this acquisition. Quotations may be mailed or faxed to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Office of Acquisition; Attention Mr. David J. Mork, Room 705-A, Washington, DC 20228-0001, and the fax number is 202/874-2200. Quotations will be evaluated based on compliance with the requirement, lowest price and past performance, in decending order of importance.
