Description
ITEC4 anticipates the issuance of a Draft Request For Proposal (DRFP) for the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) acquisition on/about 29 July 2008. The purpose of the acquisition is to support the full suite of PEO EIS ERPs, providing a comprehensive risk management program encompassing both a core, enterprise-level component, and a localized, project-specific component. The Government anticipates that services will be performed within government facilities and/or within the facilities of development contractors under contract to the Government. ACQUISITION SCOPE: The scope shall include providing, both collectively at the enterprise level and individually at the project level, comprehensive IV&V services encompassing all Army ERPs within the purview of PEO EIS. Currently this includes, but is not limited to, the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS); the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP); the Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-A); the Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP), (formerly the Product Lifecycle Management- Plus (PLM+) program); and the Army Defense Integrated Military Human Resources System (Army-DIMHRS). The Governments intention is to establish a scope that is broad enough to meet these current known requirements, yet is sufficiently flexible enough to satisfy requirements that may emerge over the period of performance as the Armys strategy for ERP integration continues to mature. The anticipated period of performance for the contract will be five (5) years, consisting of a two (2) year base period, with one (1) three-year option period. The DRFP, when released, will only be available on the Army Single Face to Industry web site: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ Please do not call to request copies. Comments on the DRFP are required to be submitted not later than seven (7) days after issuance of the DRFP. Interested parties are also requested to submit any questions to the contracting officer at john.courtis@us.army.mil.
