B.1 Description of Services The Contractor shall provide: •Procure or upgrade a facility management software product (COTS). •Design and modify the existing assets database. •Plan and perform the implementation of the extended functions into the environment. •Train the system administration staff to maintain and support the database. •Database setup assistance to help with expanding or modifying the existing database for new functionality and additional data types. •Services for planning and implementing new features into the Academy environment. •Migrate existing data into new database structures. •Provide Administrator training. •Provide Reports training. •Provide user training. PRICING SHEET IS ATTACHED TO THIS NOTICE. QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON JULY 21, 2008 BY 3:00PM EASTERN TIME. ALL RESPONSES AND PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.
