Description: This is a Presolicitation Notice for the purpose of identifying Small Businesses certified with the capabilities to perform the below service under NAICS code 561621. The below description of work is for information purposes only. This statement is not intended to describe every feature of the items of work or to define the scope of work. The proposed Firm-fixed price contract will be Set-aside for Small Business competition in accordance with FAR 19.5, Set-asides for Small Business. The performance period is projected to be for a Base Year plus four option years as required by the Government. Description of Requirement The contractor shall provide a certified full time employee to provide services and equipment to administer, install, maintain and repair both the Mass Notification System (MNS and the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System II/III (ICIDS II/III) components, sensors, connections, system wiring, control units, and conduit located at Ft. Greely, Alaska 99731. This requirement is associated with both the MDI and DAQ systems. Contractor shall on request of the Contracting Officer, design, purchase, install and maintain additional IDS/EECS/CCTV/MNS for required facilities. This contract will be solicited as a Base plus four option years. This project is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The applicable NAICS Code is 561621, with a Small Business size standard of $11,000,000.00. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government.
