- Description
- The Northern Region Contracting Center, Fort Leavenworth, KS, is soliciting for a Non-Personal Services Contractor. The contract title is Medication Distribution Services for the United States Disciplinary Barracks, Fort Leavenworth, KS. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the task of securely storing, managing, administering, and dispensing medications to the inmates of the United States Disciplinary Barracks, Fort Leavenworth, KS, as specified in the solicitation. The government will provide all medications to be administered or distributed to the inmates. The contractor shall meet all education and training requirements as specified. The contractor shall be available to provide the required services twenty four hours per day, seven days per week, and three hundred sixty five days per year. Performance period is from 1 February 2009 through 31 January 2010 with 4 1-year option periods. Request for Proposals W91QF4-08-R-0015 will be issued on or about July 31, 2008. The government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation package, and facsimile, telephone, written or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website for release of the solicitation package and downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and/or amendments. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract nor does it obligate to government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. Prospective offerors must be registered in CCR at http://www.ccr.gov. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation notice may be directed to the point of contact listed.
