- A. The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to correct the schedule of supplies/ services, pages 3-13 of 53 to include a X005 CLIN for General Repairs Associated with Level II Service Call Work. The CLIN will be under the Level II Work (Service Work) Section on these pages, with an EST QTY of 12, UNIT of MO. This new CLIN is for any repair that is associated with Level II Service Call Work not outlined in CLINS X006-X063. Section 5.2.2 Level II Work (Service) title on page 44 of Attachment 1, PWS will be corrected to read 5.2.2 Level II (Service Work)- CLINS X005-X063. B. As a result of this Amendment, pages 3-13 of 53 are replaced with the attached pages 3-13 of 53. C. Questions regarding this amendment may be addressed to Shavonda Jamison at shavonda.a.jamison@uscg.mil. D. Acknowledgement of this amendment, and any changes to your offer, as a result of the above information, should be submitted to this office no later than 07/15/2008 at 4:30 PM, EST.
