- Lease Space to the U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in Fredericksburg, Virginia Requirement: The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 20,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office and related space including 50 parking spaces. Space is required to be located in the following delineated area: North: North to Route 633 to Route 611; north to Route 637 and I-95 South: Southwest on I-95 to Aquia Creek and Route 610; and on Route 643 returning to Route 627 East: East on Route 624 to Route 625; northeast on Route 608 to Aquia Creek West: On the west, south on Route 627 to Route 624 Unique Requirement: All space shall be contiguous. Space has a relationship to other existing Government locations within the area and does have specialized security needs. Lease Term/Occupancy: 10 year term, five years firm Expression of interest shall be submitted in writing no later than July 21, 2008 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet 3) Number of Parking Spaces and 4) BOMA Office Area Rate per Square Foot.
