Description

It is the intent of the General Services Administration to issue a solicitation (Request for Quotation) for a Construction award to provide and install an environmentally safe French Drain at the James A. McClure Federal Building, 550 W. Fort Street, Boise, Idaho, 83724. Please see the attached Request for Quotation GS-10P-08-XC-P-0088. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220. Contractor personnel are required to obtain GSA security clearances, which require background checks. Contractors must be registered and active in CCR (http://www.ccr.gov) in order to be considered for award. Work associated with this request is subject to the U.S. department of Labor, General Waged Decision Number ID20070021 Modification Number 0 dated 02/08/2008 (see solicitation for full wage decision). There is a scheduled site visit for Monday, July 28, 2008 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. Participants will meet in the main lobby of the James A. McClure Federal Building with GSA Property Manager, Mr. Scott Graham. All Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit for a thorough understanding of the requirements. The Construction project magnitude is less than $25,000.00. The performance period is Thirty (30) days from issuance of the official “Notice to Proceed”. The Government reserves the right to negotiate with offerors after receipt of offers. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. No bonding is required; Certificate of Liability Insurance is required.
