THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION DOES NOT COMMIT THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY ANY COSTS INCURRED IN PREPARATION OF ANY SUBMISSION TO THIS MARKET SURVEY, OR TO CONTRACT FOR SERVICES. The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires lubricants and related engineering support services for the MSC Lubrication Program. Attached is a draft statement of work for Lubricant Oil Supplies and Related Services, which is being used to obtain industry feedback. Potential offerors are requested to provide any comments on the draft statement of work no later than 2:00pm on 11 August 2008.
