- Engineering has established qualification requirements for the new manufacturing item listed below. For a copy of the QR submit written request to The Small Business Office, OC-ALC/SB, 3001 Staff Drive, Ste 1AG85A, Tinker AFB, OK 73145-3009. FAX 405‑739-7085. E-mail OCALC.BC@tinker.af.mil. No telephone requests. Only written requests received directly for the requestor are acceptable. Drawings may be requested per source approval information booklet, Part II, drawing and technical orders. This is not a request for proposal (RFP). The approximate issue/response date will be N/A. This Qualification Requirement applies to all models and series of __F-100 engine items specifically determined and approved by the Cognizant Engineering Authority (Design Control Activity) to be Critical Safety Items except Flight Safety Critical Parts. The document(s) specifically authorizing this MQR-1 as the manufacturing qualification requirement by part number will be by separate document or documents with the Cognizant Engineering Authority Head or their designee signature. All items approved for previous revisions of MQR-1 remain in effect unless changed by a more recent document approved by the Cognizant Engineering authority Head or their designee.
