- Solicitation IQC08151009011 will contain one NSN6620-00-974-6488 for a Transmitter, Pressure, End Item Application / Weapon System: Helicopter, Advance Attack, AH-1W. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a 1-year base and four 1-year option years. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. Approved source (s) of supply is Simmonds, Aerospace Products Inc., Cage 89305, P/N 381065-007, and Bell Helicopter Textron Inc, Cage 97499, P/N 209-060-602-11. Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: Base Year AEQ: 32 each, each Option Year EAQ: 32 each. Delivery: FOB: Origin; Inspection /Acceptance: Origin, Delivery Schedule 69 days ARO. Surge coverage is not required for this NSN. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 23 July 2008. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the Offeror’s product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
