- The U.S. Department of Commerce/National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), is interested in leasing a minimum of 1,800 square feet of usable office space in that area of Okaloosa County, bound on the North by Highway 10, East and West by Highway 20 and South by SR 98. All offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction. The required lease term is for five (5)years. The space must be fully serviced, fully accessible in accordance with ADA standards and must conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level. All properties submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by writtern evidence that they are authorized to represent the buildings's ownership.
