Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a quote is being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to http://www.farsite.hill.af.mil inclusive, but not limited to, FAC 2005-12. The solicitation shall be awarded on a SOLE SOURCE basis to Bosch Rexroth BV. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 334419 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The following items are required to be shipped to UIC N55630 NAS NORTH ISLAND COMSHMWINGPAC BLDG 1472 NAS NORTH ISLAND SAN DIEGO, CA 92135, where delivery shall be FOB Destination: CLIN 0001 See attached Parts list, delivery NLT 10 weeks. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (Dev). The following clauses also apply: DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A and DFARS 252.212-7001(Dev). The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A. See Note 22 (45 days is changed to read 10 days). Quote is due at 2:00PM EST on 24 July 2008 and may be made by fax to (407) 380-4164, ATTN: John J. Warren, emailed to john.j.warren@navy.mil or mailed to the address above. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
