Description

Synopsis Update 5: The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) has released Amendment 03 to solicitation MCC-08-0111-RFP-42. The purposes of Amendment 03 are 1). To partially respond to questions received from Offerors regarding the solicitation. Additional questions will be addressed in follow-on amendments; 2). To provide revisions to the solicitation resulting from the responses to questions. The proposal due date is unchanged.
