- Sources Sought Notice W9127S-08-B-0022: This is a sources sought notice to determine interest by all small businesses including Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business Concerns, Certified 8(a) Business Concerns and Certified Hub-Zone Business Concerns in an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Road Repair support contract for the US Army Corps of Engineers. A determination of the set-aside category if any for this requirement will be made after review of business size categories of responses declaring interest are received. Services will be ordered by issuance of task orders for Bull Shoals Lake in North Central Arkansas and Southern Missouri, Norfolk Lake in North Central Arkansas, Greers Ferry Lake located near Heber Springs, AR and Clearwater Lake located near Piedmont, MO. Areas where work will be performed include Benton, Boone, Baxter, Van Buren and Cleburne Counties in Arkansas and Barry, Stone and Taney, Ozark, and Reynolds counties in Missouri. The Government reserves the right to issue multiple contracts or one contract covering all locations depending upon the responses to the solicitation. Each lake listed is supported by a Project Office located near the Lakes and contract Administration will be performed by the individual responsible Project Office. Construction Services to be provided are classified under the following North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code: 237310 (Highway, Street and Bridge Construction). Required construction services will include but not be limited to pavement repair, applying asphalt/concrete overlay, single bituminous surface treatment, scarifying, shaping, and compacting existing base course, pavement marking, scarifying shaping, and compacting existing bituminous surface treatment, placing and compacting aggregate base course shoulders, removing existing concrete pavement and placing stone. The solicitation will include the applicable Davis Bacon Act Wage Determinations. The proposed contracts are for a base period and 1 to 4 optional annual periods. The number of option periods will be determined prior to issuance of the solicitation.
