Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 11,511 rentable square feet in Bellevue, Washington. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 10,010 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The building must be located in Bellevue, Washington within the following delineated area: North Boundary - NE 12th Street; East Boundary - 114th Avenue NE; South Boundary - Main Street; West Boundary - 100th Avenue NE. The proposed lease is for ten-years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than May 21, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
