Description

A solicitation was posted i the GSA Integrated Technology Solutions Shop (ITSS) for Brand Name VTC equipment/components. The purspose of this posting is to comply with the requirements at FAR 6.302-1(c), FAR 6.305(a) and FAR 5.102-9(a)(6) which states when an acquisition contains brand name specifications, the contracting officer shall include with the solicitation the justification or documentation required by 6.302-1(c). Since FAR 5.201 requires posting on the GPE, a copy of the solicitation and brand name justificationare solso being posted here.
