- LEASED SPACE TO THE GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENT: The U. S. General Services Administration intends to exercise the renewal option under the existing lease for approximately 62,975 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet within the Philadelphia CBD. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations to be provided as part orf the rental consideration. Relocation costs will be evaluated. Delinated area: The building offered must be located within the following boundaries: North:SpringGardenStreet North:Route95 betweenGirardPointBridgeandWait Whitman Bridge South:SouthStreet OR South:DelawareRiver East:DelawareRiver East:DelawareRiver West: SchuylkillRiver West: SchuylkillRiver Term: 5years with full termination rights by the government after three full years of occupancy. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address 2) Rentalble square feet available and rentable rate per square foot 3) Common Area Factor 4) Basic Floor Plans Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
