No telephone requests will be accepted This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W31P4Q-08-Q-0048 is being issued as a request for quote; however, the US Army Aviation and Missile Command intends to issues a sole source award to TSI, Incorporated at 500 Cardigan Rd, Saint Paul, MN 55126-3903 for the purchase of eighteen (18) Condensation Particle Counters. Delivery shall be within 9 weeks after contract award with inspection/acceptance at destination and FOB origin. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52-212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252-232-7003, 252-212-7001 applies to this solicitation. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) in accordance with DFARS 252.232-7003. See numbered note 22.
