- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplements with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice of the solicitation. Solicitation number H9222208R0031 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12.603 (c) under NAICS code 334111 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set aside. USSOCOM intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order. All terms, provisions, and conditions are contained in the situation. Offers submitted in response to this RFQ shall be submitted electronically as a PDF attachment to an email. Offers must be received by 1:00 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time on 28 July 2008. Any questions or comments regarding this notice and responses to the RFP shall be submitted to contracting@socom.mil with the RFP number in the subject line of the email.
