Description
The above referenced solicitation is hereby amended to answer technical questions: Question: Regarding Specifications 3. Extractor voltage and 4. Supresor voltage: No current value is stated. Can you tell us how much current shall be delivered by these sources? Answer: Extractor current at least 200 ľA; Suppressor current at least 10 ľA. Question: Regarding Specification 5. Control: Which kind of interface do you prefer? IEEE488, Ethernet or USB interface. Answer: All three are acceptable. Question: How do you think, the outputs shall be constructed. Do you wish a multiple connector and if yes, have you any proposal for such a connector, or can we do single HV- connectors for each output separately? So we would have four 20kV output connectors (2 for the current supply (heater), one for the extractor and one for the supressor). Do you need an extra output connector for the beam voltage or is it enough to have the two symmetrical heater outputs laying on beam voltage potential? Answer: We will eventually build a custom adapter to our cable, so connector is not critical. Single HV-connectors for each output will work. No extra beam voltage connector is required; the two heater outputs are sufficient. All other items remain unchanged.
