- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific intends to issue on a Full and Open Competition basis, Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to procure a Cheerleading Clinic in Seoul, South Korea (Yongsan Garrison). The period of performance will be from 03 November 2008 through 07 November 2008. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials and supplies necessary to instruct and participate in this activity for approximately 120 participants. Specific details shall be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-08-T-4006 to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 25 July 2008, to close 20 days from the RFQ issue date. The anticipated award date will be on or about 05 September 2008. Contractors are advised that questions and comments should be reserved until after issuance of RFQ/solicitation. This office will not respond to any inquiries received prior to the issuance of solicitation. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database.
