Description

Upgrade existing water system, including construction of potable water well, electrical service, and underground piping; and installation of Government-Furnished pump house building. Work under this Contract is located in Nez Perce County, Idaho. McKay's Bend Recreation Site is located approximately 18 miles east of Lewiston, Idaho on Highway 12. Performance Period is 45 calendar days. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $30,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at http://ideasec.nbc.gov/. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about July 30, 2008. Offerors must be registered, and must maintain an active registration in the Central Contractor Registration database found at http://www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications must be completed at http://orca.bpn.gov.
