Description
United States Government The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Seeks Space for Lease in Suburban Philadelphia (Plymouth Meeting/Blue Bell, Ft. Washington/Spring House and Horsham/Willow Grove Submarkets) Requirements: The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the U.S. Department of Treasury, is seeking to lease between 9,600 – 12,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office and related space, located on one floor. Space must be capable of meeting accessibility requirements. Space offered cannot be located on the first floor or lowest level above ground. Subleases are not eligible for consideration, unless the building’s owner has agreed to execute a prime lease with the Government if a lease award is made. Location: The building must be within the area bounded by North:Sumneytown Pike to Norristown Road to Horsham road to Meetinghouse Road to Meetinghouse Road to East County Line Road to Davisville Road to Street Road to Buck Road to Bridgetown Pike to East Bristol Road East:Lincoln Highway to Roosevelt Road South:Byberry Road to Davisville Road to Easton Road to Cheltenham Avenue to Paper Mill Road to Stenton Avenue to Northwestern Avenue to Germantown Pike to Church Road to Ridge Pike West:Belvoir Road to Plymouth road to East Johnson Highway to West Johnson Highway to Swede Road to Dekalb Pike to Skipjack Pike ot Bethel Road to Bethel Drive to West Point Pike Buildings located on either side of the boundary streets will be considered to be within this delineated area. Term: Lease term will be for ten (10) years firm with two five (5) year renewal options. Occupancy: Space must be ready for demolition and commencement of tenant improvements by no later than July 1, 2009. Owners & Authorized Agents: Expressions of interest should be submitted by August 25th and should include the following information: 1.Building name and address 2.Available rentable and usable square footage and rate per rentable and usable square foot 3.Date space is available for construction of tenant improvements 4.Proposed floor 5.Owner’s name and address and written statement from owner that offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
