Description

The 37th Contracting Squadron is intending to award a sole source purchase order to Liebert Global Services, Inc. for Battery UPS Maintenance Support which includes the following: 2 each 34CO ZJ BMH57D/569; 4 each Emerson BAT PAC P18197 Battery Comsec; 4 each Emerson BAT PAC P18196 Battery Comsec. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 29 July 2008. This requirement will be awarded on a base year plus four option year period. The option years are unfunded as authorized by FAR 52.232-28, "Availability of Funds". This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
