- 1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. SPECIAL NOTE: THIS IS TIME SENSITIVE AND DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ALL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF AWARD RECEIPT. IF THE OFFEROR CANNOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES WITHIN 45 DAYS IT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ALL PROPOSALS WILL INDICATE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DAYS IT WILL TAKE TO DELIVER ALL EQUIPMENT. 3.Request for Quotation Number W911S1-08-T-0053. 4.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18 effective 5 July 2007, DFAR DCN 20070531, and AFFAR AFAC 20070531. FedBizOps Numbered Notes per FAR Part 5.207-13(e) apply: 12 and 13. 5.This procurement is being solicited restricted 100% for small business under North American Industry Classification System code 443112, Radio, Television, and Electronic Stores, with a size standard of $8M. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5731, Radio, Television, and Electronic Stores. 6.Contractor shall provide all equipment, personnel, labor, supplies, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to replace, upgrade, and install audio visual equipment for the Fort Dix, NJ Chapel (see equipment list). 8.Award will be made to that responsive, responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to all terms and conditions of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government. 9.Proposals are due not later than 12:00a.m. EST, 27 July 2008.
