Description

The United State General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking interested contractors to provide Construction Services for a new Tenant Improvement Build-out for a total of 5,962 SF (usuable) and 7,779 SF (rentable) in the South Tower of the Ronald Dellums Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, Oakland, CA. The project scope of work consists of the following but not limited to removal of raised flooring, ceiling system, HVAC and electrical system. Tenant Improvement includes the complete new build-out of two Judges' Chambers with associated offices for US District Courts and expansion of US Probation for 649 SF. US Probation is currently located on the same floor (2nd floor, south tower) and will be occupied and functional during the construction of this project. New build-out includes architectural /electrical/ mechanical /plumbing /voice and data system. Existing life safety system shall be upgraded to be consistent with new build out.
