Description
SIR Description: Cafeteria Services/Vending Cafeteria/Vending Services during the hours of 6:00 AM through 7:00 PM., seven (7) days a week with exceptions to excluding some Holidays. The Government provide space, equipment and utilities. The contract will be governed by the Service Contract Act and Contractor must submit a monthly commission of 5% to the Vending Machine Unit, State of California, Department of Rehabilitation, Business Enterprise Program (BEP), Sacramento, CA. The four(4) Locations in the Western Service Area are: Palmdale, California, Fremont, California, San Diego, California and Sacramento, California This is not a Screening Information Request(SIR) or a Request for Offer(RFO) of any kind. Further, the FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. All Interested parties are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from Industry in response to this Market Survey/Request for information submissions will be solely at the interested parties expense. The purpose of this Market survey/Request for Information is to improve the Government's understanding of the current marketplace, obtain information on available resources, and gain insight into industry capabilities. Interested Vendors must respond to this market survey by providing the items listed below: 1) Completed Business Declaration to identify Vendor's Business size status. 2) Documentation that clearly demonstrates that the interested vendor is qualified and capable of providing the required services. For example: Personnel, Staffing and Management, Experience, Past Performance on similar type contracts, Menu items, price, portion and cost control, Sanitation practices and Accounting System controls.
