Description: Seitz Creek Mechanical Fuel Reduction - Rio Grande National Forest - Divide District. Hydro axe (vertical shaft) and operator to reduce fuels on 800 acres. Project is designed to thin smaller diameter pinyon-juniper (by mulching/mowing) and brush species by treatment with a hydro axe. This project is set aside for those contractors with a current BLM IDIQ Fuel Reduction Contract. The solicitation for this project will only be made available through the Federal Business Opportunities website - www.fbo.gov.
