- Foam Pouch, polyethylene pouch Class 1, Grade A, Specification A-A-59135, 75,000 each. NSN: 3XUS9AA59135. The North American Industry Classification System code 326140 is applicable. Acquisition is being conducted as a small business set-aside, all responsible small businesses that submit a quote shall be considered by the agency. FOB Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR. The contract awarded as a result of this solicitation shall be a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base and four one year option periods. Quantities for each year are estimated at 250,000 each; however the Government does not guarantee the quantity in any given year of the contract period. The minimum quantity of 75,000 each for the base period is the only guaranteed minimum quantity to be issued under this IDIQ procurement. Solicitation will issue on or after 31 July 2008 and close on or after 07 August 2008. Solicitation may be obtained by fax request to 870-540-4090 or via email request to ginger.house@us.army.mil. Solicitation number W911RP-08-T-0170 must be in the subject line of all request. Email request that do not contain the solicitation number in the subject line may be deleted without review. The contract will be awarded to the responsible small business offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation requirements, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
