Description The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Mental Health Services, within 15 blocks (in any direction) of the Residential Reentry Center located at 203 West Sunny Lane Road, Janesville, WI 53546. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on October 1, 2008 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on September 30, 2013. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. Base Year: Estimated number of inmates 30: Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 18 inmates = 18 assessments; Psychological Testing & Report (one testing and report per inmate per year) for 18 inmates = 18 reports; Medication Monitoring (One visit includes any and all medication administered by the provider during a 24 hr period or clinical visit), 6 each (inmate visits) x 18 inmates = 108 each; Intensive Outpatient Counseling (Estimated average number of 30 minute counseling sessions per inmate.
