- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Contracting Office will be releasing a Name Brand or Equal solicitation for a commercial item. The Request for Quote solicitation will be released on or about July 25, 2008. This will be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside; all qualified SDVOSB contractors are encouraged to submit an offer.
