- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91243-08-T-0029. W91243-08-T-0029 is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquistion Circular 05-26. The NAICS code is 517911 Telecommunication Resellers. This is open only to small business set-asides. CLIN 0001: Avaya Definity Voice Announcement over LAN Card (Part # TN2501AP) New only. Quantity of 7 each. The purchase is for Brand Name only per FAR 52.211-6 as we currently have Avaya and because of maintenance issues needs to have this Avaya product to keep warranty valid on rest of equipment. Pricing needs to remain in effect until September 20, 2008. At that current time funding is not available. Upon receipt of award contractor has 30 days to provide delivery to USPFO-NE Supply Center, 2950 North Park Road, Lincoln, NE 68524. This must be destination pricing. The following provisions and clauses apply to this: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evalation - Commercial Items (lowest price); 52.212-4 - Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; 52.212.5 - Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items; 52.247-3 FOB:Destination. Contractor must have an active registration in Central Contractors Registration (CCR) in order to receieve the award. All pricing must be in no later than 10:00 a.m. CDT on Tuesday, July 27, 2008.
