- Locations of the work: Trenton Dam and Enders Dam Recreational Sites: The principal component of the work is to perform universal accessibility retrofits to comply with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). The work shall include the furnishing and installation of: concrete parking slabs, gravel base, concrete sidewalks, aggregate surfacing, parking bumpers, fire rings and slabs, grills and slabs, fee stations, parking signs, identification markers and picnic shelters and pads. The issue of the specifications and drawings is anticipated to be on or around AUGUST 25, 2008 the bid opening is tentatively schedule on or around SEPTEMBER 30, 2008 at the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, GP Regional Office, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana. All reasonable prospective bidders may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. The estimated price range of this acquisition is $250,000 to $500,000. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 238910; the small business size standard is $13.0 million. This acquisition is unrestricted. The specifications and drawings will not be posted on the Internet or available electronically. The request must be on company letterhead, and must include contractor's name and street address, phone and fax numbers, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS). Effective October 1, 2003, any contractor interested in oding business with the Federal Government must be have an active registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Contractors may register at http://www.ccr.gov Effective January 1, 2005, any contractor submitting a bid, offer, quotation or proposal to the Federal Government must complete their Representations and Certification on-line. All representations and certifications which used to appear in Section K of the solicitation now are available on line.
