Description

ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO darnese.wilkerson@fms.treas.gov OR victor.chavez@fms.treas.gov by no later than COB July 25, 2008. The Department of Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS) Government Wide Accounting (GWA) Information Technology (IT) Division's goal is to provide flexible, innovative, and cost effective solutions to meet the its requirements. FMS' objective is to establish a multiple-year contract to acquire an all-encompassing range of software engineering and specialized scientific support services. It is anticipated that the period of performance will be five (5) years, base year plus four (4) option years. This contract has six major functional areas: Enhance and develop GOALS II, P224, NTDO, and FACTS II Applications. Maintain GOALS II, P224, NTDO, FACTS II, and IAS Applications. Serve as technical liaison for GOALS II, P224, NTDO, FACTS II, and IAS Applications. Provide project management support for GOALS II, P224, NTDO, FACTS II, and IAS Applications. Provide DBA support for GOALS II, P224, NTDO, FACTS II, IAS, and JUDGMENT Applications.
