THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. SOLICITATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Western District of Washington intends to issue one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for non-emergency, medically necessary health care services for prisoners located at the Federal Detention Facility in SeaTac, WA. Prisoners needing medical services will be transported by the USMS for treatment at the Contractor's licensed hospital or other health care facility. The hospital or health care facility must be located within a 100-mile radius of the Federal Detention Facility in SeaTac, WA. All services shall be provided in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 622110 - General Medical and Surgical Hospitals ($31.5 million). Market research is being conducted to determine the interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR INFORMATION REQUESTED, NOR WILL IT COMPENSATE ANY RESPONDENT FOR COSTS INCURRED IN DEVELOPING INFORMATION PROVIDED TO THE GOVERNMENT. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THIS SITE TO ENSURE THEY HAVE THE MOST UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION REGARDING THIS REQUIREMENT.
