Description: This is a notice of intent to procure a single source contract with Honeywell Ground Support Solutions, South Bend, IN 46628 for one lot Dyno Dress Kit. Honeywell is the only known manufacture for these items. The kit is a secondary prestaging kit for Dynomometer testing of the AGT 1500 turbine engine. The contract will be awarded pursuant to FAR 6.301(a) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Suppliers Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. If someone other than Honeywell believes they have the capability of providing the kit, provide in writing specific qualifications, to include prior contracts and prior performance information.
