- This notice is issued to obtain interested parties qualified and interested in providing a commercial item proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602 for a Runway Friction Meter at Ellsworth AFB, SD. All responsible sources may respond to this issuance. The North American Industry Code is 334519, and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Interested parties must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html and must also register at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website https://orca.bpn.gov/. This requirement is for a : 1) Bowmonk AFM2, Mark 3 OR EQUAL. Includes Aluminum case, PC program and PC link, A/C and D/C chargers, 10 each paper replacement rolls, spare printer ribbon, quick reference guide, and complete operating manual.
